Monitor BMS/IBMS systems and critical alarms on a 24x7 basis.
- Track HVAC parameters such as temperature, humidity, and airflow.
- Monitor electrical systems, UPS, DG, PDU, and power distribution equipment.
- Identify, acknowledge, and escalate alarms as per defined procedures.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain logs of alarms, events, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with technicians and vendors for issue resolution.
- Perform routine system checks and health monitoring.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and shutdown procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data center SOPs, EOPs, and safety standards.
