Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Bodyshop Manager to oversee the complete operations of our automobile bodyshop. The candidate will be responsible for workshop productivity, repair quality, customer satisfaction, team management, insurance coordination, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Bodyshop.
- Plan and monitor vehicle repair, denting, painting, and delivery activities.
- Ensure vehicles are repaired and delivered within committed timelines.
- Supervise Bodyshop Advisors, Technicians, Denters, Painters, and other staff.
- Allocate jobs and monitor technician productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure proper estimation, job card preparation, and repair procedures.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers for claim approvals.
- Monitor insurance claim processing and documentation.
- Ensure high-quality denting, painting, fitment, and finishing work.
- Conduct quality inspections before vehicle delivery.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Track workshop revenue, productivity, labour sales, and profitability.
- Control rework, material wastage, and operational costs.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Maintain workshop safety,



housekeeping, and compliance standards.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Drive team performance and achieve Bodyshop business targets.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in automobile Bodyshop operations.
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Manager / Assistant Bodyshop Manager / Bodyshop Team Leader preferred.
- Strong knowledge of denting, painting, accident repair, and vehicle body repair processes.
- Good knowledge of insurance claims and survey procedures.
- Robust leadership, communication, customer-handling, and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles and jobs efficiently.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
