- Provide L1/L2 operational support for BMC Helix ITSM v25.04.

- Monitor application health and ensure service availability.

- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and user access issues within SLA.

- Perform basic troubleshooting of application, workflow, and integration issues; escalate complex issues to L3/BMC Support.

- Execute routine operational activities,



including application health checks, scheduled job monitoring, and post-deployment validation.

- Support production changes, patch deployments, and maintenance activities.

- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams for issue resolution.Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
