Role Description This is a full-time, in office Blender 3D Modeler role based in Gandhinagar. The Blender 3D Modeler will create high-quality 3D models for characters, environments, and props using Blender, following project briefs and visual references.

The role involves optimizing models for animation and rendering, maintaining proper topology, UV layouts, and naming conventions. The modeler will collaborate closely with animators, texture artists, and VFX teams to ensure assets meet technical and artistic requirements, while making revisions based on feedback from supervisors and clients.



Daily responsibilities also include managing files, adhering to production timelines, and following studio workflows for efficient delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling, including clean topology, UV unwrapping, and basic shading.
- Understanding of animation and VFX production pipelines, and ability to prepare assets for rigging, texturing, and rendering.
- Ability to interpret concept art, storyboards, and reference materials to create accurate and stylized 3D models.
- Attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and a solid sense of proportion, form, and composition.
- Experience working in a studio or production environment, meeting deadlines and following established workflows.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Animation, VFX, Game Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of additional tools such as ZBrush, Substance Painter, or Maya is an advantage.
- Portfolio or demo reel showcasing 3D modeling work in Blender is required.
