- Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews.

Support feasibility studies for stamping, welding, hemming, and assembly processes.

Coordinate with CAE teams to resolve structural, crash, and durability issues.

Manage engineering changes, design releases, and BOM updates.

Support prototype builds, vehicle integration, and issue resolution during development

Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams for tooling development and production readiness.

Ensure compliance with company standards, GD&T; requirements, and regulatory requirements.
