KRA 1: Operational Efficiency Oversee the day-to-day operations of the binding department. Identify bottlenecks in the binding process and implement solutions. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.

KRA 2: Quality Control Ensure product quality by supervising the adherence to quality standards and specifications. Implement and oversee quality assurance checks and regular audits. Monitor wastage and implement measures to reduce it.

KRA 3: Safety Compliance Ensure that all safety regulations and company policies are followed. Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions for the binding team. Keep abreast of industry safety standards and ensure implementation.

KRA 4: Inventory Management Monitor and manage inventory levels of binding materials. Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of the inventory records. Liaise with procurement to ensure a steady supply of materials.

KRA 5: Reporting and Documentation Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Document and maintain records related to binding operations, quality control, and safety incidents. Role & responsibilities
