GD EDU TECH is looking for a highly skilled and industry-oriented BIM Faculty with strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in BIM-based projects and the ability to guide students with real-time industry standards and coordination processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training in Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts and software

Teach and demonstrate

Revit Architecture

Revit Structure

Revit MEP

Navisworks (Clash Detection)

BIM 360 (Basic overview)

Explain BIM workflows, coordination, and project collaboration

Provide hands-on training using live project examples

Guide students in model creation, detailing, and documentation

Teach quantity takeoff and project documentation using BIM tools

Support students in portfolio development

Stay updated with latest BIM trends and industry standards

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of





Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP)

Navisworks

AutoCAD

Understanding of BIM execution plans (BEP)

Knowledge of clash detection and coordination process

Basic understanding of construction documentation

Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred)

Educational Qualification:

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

BIM certification will be an added advantage

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in BIM projects or training

Freshers with strong practical knowledge and certification may also apply

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
