BIM Structural Project Delivery Head (PDH)

Location: New Town, Kolkata

Working Days: 5 Days a week.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Structural Project Delivery Head (PDH) to lead structural BIM project delivery, manage teams, and drive projects from planning through successful completion.The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in Structural BIM, project delivery, team leadership, client coordination, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead end-to-end Structural BIM project delivery and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Manage, mentor, and develop BIM Structural teams.
- Plan resources, monitor project schedules, productivity, quality, and overall delivery performance.
- Oversee BIM modelling, coordination, detailing, clash resolution, and model quality.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to address technical and project-related challenges.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to keep delivery on track.
- Drive BIM standards, workflows, process improvements, and delivery excellence.

Requirements

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Structural BIM and Project Delivery.
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering – Mandatory.
- Robust experience in Structural BIM and Project Delivery.
- Proven experience in leading BIM Structural teams and managing projects.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes, structural modelling, coordination, and detailing.
- Excellent leadership, client communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Precast experience will be an added advantage.
- Tekla experience will be an added advantage.
- Civil 3D experience will be an added advantage.
