About the Role :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled BIM Trainer to join our team in Chennai. This dual-domain role bridges Architecture and EdTech, where you will design and deliver high-impact training programs on Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows. You will mentor aspiring architects, civil engineers, and industry professionals, guiding them through practical, project-based BIM applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Conduct live, classroom-based, and studio training sessions on BIM software, workflows, and international BIM standards
- Content & Material Creation: Develop course modules, capstone projects, practice datasets, video walkthroughs, and assessment rubrics tailored to architectural workflows.
- Mentorship & Code Reviews: Review student models, conduct clash detection reviews, and provide constructive feedback on architectural design submissions.
- Practical Project Execution: Guide learners through real-world architectural BIM projects, including parametric modeling, documentation extraction, and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Learning Outcomes: Track learner progress, manage doubt-clearing sessions, and assist students with portfolio development and career readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)



or Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).

Technical Mastery :

- High proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture (Parametric Families, Modeling, Documentation).
- Working knowledge of Navisworks (Clash Detection), AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.Exposure to computational BIM (Dynamo) or rendering tools (Enscape, Twinmotion, Rhino) is a strong plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in architectural BIM modeling/coordination, combined with prior training, coaching, or teaching experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Location: Must be willing to work full-time from our Chennai office.

- Industry certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional - Revit Architecture).

- Up-to-date knowledge of current AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) market trends.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
