Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to create, develop, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models and technical drawings. The candidate should have good knowledge of BIM software and the ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and develop detailed 3D BIM models as per project requirements.

- Prepare and update BIM models based on architectural and engineering drawings.

- Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.

- Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues.

- Prepare BIM drawings, layouts, sections, and documentation.

- Ensure models comply with project standards and specifications.

- Review drawings and models for accuracy and completeness.

- Make revisions and updates based on design changes.

- Maintain proper BIM documentation and project files.

- Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.





- Support project teams with BIM-related technical requirements.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

- Positive understanding of BIM modeling and coordination.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good knowledge of construction and engineering concepts.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Qualification

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

- 1–3 years of relevant BIM modeling experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
