Role Description The BIM Modeler will work full time on-site in Salem, Tamilnadu, developing and maintaining detailed Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

Responsibilities include creating and updating 3D models, preparing coordinated construction drawings, and ensuring that all models comply with project specifications and industry standards. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design clashes, support design development, and assist in quantity take-offs and documentation. The BIM Modeler will also contribute to maintaining BIM workflows, standards, and templates,



and support the team in improving modeling efficiency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler roles, with experience in relevant BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to interpret and produce detailed plans, sections, and elevations.
- Experience with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling, coordination, and clash detection within multidisciplinary projects.
- Relevant technical degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with design and engineering professionals.
- Attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within project timelines.
- Familiarity with national and international building codes and standards is an advantage.
- Prior experience in consultancy or large-scale infrastructure projects will be considered beneficial.
