Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across Architectural, Structural, Civil &
- MEP

disciplines.

- Manage BIM models, federated models, shared coordinates, Revit families, templates and libraries.

- Conduct model reviews, clash detection, issue tracking and resolution using Navisworks.

- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with BEP, project standards, naming conventions and ISO 19650.

- Perform QA/QC, model audits, data validation and ensure timely project deliverables.

- Support COBie, asset information, digital handover and BIM-to-FM requirements.

- Provide BIM technical support, onboarding assistance and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, BIM or related field.

- 38 years of experience in BIM Coordination and project delivery.

- Experience in infrastructure, buildings, transportation, airports, utilities or industrial projects.

- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary BIM workflows, ISO 19650 and CDE platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

- Hands-on experience with COBie, AIR,



digital handover and asset information management.

Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise in Architectural Modelling using Autodesk Revit.

- Proficient in modelling walls, floors, roofs, ceilings, doors, windows, stairs, ramps, curtain walls, faade systems, rooms and interiors.

- Strong knowledge of Revit Families, LOD, model federation, clash resolution and construction documentation.

- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks Manage, ACC, AutoCAD and MS Office.

- Knowledge of Dynamo and Power BI will be an advantage.

- Skilled in BIM QA/QC, COBie, data validation, issue tracking and digital handover.

Soft Skills

- Solid communication, coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
