BIM Architect – US Projects | Revit Expert

Location: Gurugram | Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

Experience: 4–8 Years | Qualification: B.Arch

Project Exposure: US Projects – Mandatory

We’re looking for a hands-on BIM Architect / Revit Expert to join our team and work on exciting US-based architectural projects.

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit.

Prepare detailed construction drawings, plans, sections, elevations and architectural details.

Independently deliver architectural documentation as per project requirements.

Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.

Follow project BIM standards, quality requirements and timelines.

Work closely with senior architects and project teams on US-based projects.

What We’re Looking For

4–8 years of hands-on BIM Architecture experience.

Expert-level working knowledge of Revit – Mandatory.

Prior experience working on US projects – Mandatory.

Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.

B.Arch qualification.

Knowledge of US building codes, IBC and ADA is an advantage.

AutoCAD and Navisworks knowledge is desirable.
