Role Description The BIM Architect is a primarily remote role based in Delhi, India, with some in office commute requirements. In this role, the BIM Architect develops and manages architectural models, prepares detailed construction and architectural drawings, and coordinates documentation across project teams. Daily responsibilities include integrating BIM standards, reviewing submittals, supporting clash detection and design coordination, and ensuring that digital models and documentation accurately reflect design intent and regulatory requirements.

The BIM Architect collaborates with other architects, engineers, and consultants, participates in project meetings, and contributes to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and firm-wide standards.

Since this is a remote job, the working hours are 3pm-12am IST.

Qualifications





- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Drawings, with the ability to translate design concepts into transparent, buildable documentation.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, including model creation, coordination, and standards management.
- Experience producing detailed Construction Drawings that align with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Ability to review, prepare, and manage Submittals, ensuring consistency between drawings, specifications, and contractor documentation.
- Relevant experience with hybrid work environments and effective collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or similar) and strong digital documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in Ontario is an asset.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects.
