Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage billing activities, invoice generation, payment records, and related documentation. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of billing processes and basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and process invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify billing details, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, and outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding billing-related queries.
- Follow up on pending payments and maintain payment tracking records.
- Reconcile invoices and payment records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing reports.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of billing documents.




- Assist the Accounts/Finance team with day-to-day accounting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and policies.

Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in billing/accounts.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting software.
- Understanding of invoices, GST, and basic accounting concepts.
- Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
