Job brief :

We are seeking an experienced Billing Executive to join our team and oversee our daily product shipments. In this role, you will be daily follow up for pending acknowledgements. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of logistics billing operations, from checking and verifying data accuracy to ensuring invoices are correctly billed.

Responsibilities :

- Payments: Updating payment information in the system, receiving payments, and issuing checks.
- Financial reports: Preparing periodic financial reports to track income and expenses.
- POD (Acknowledgement) follow-up : On regularly basis POD follow-up.
- Asking for pending acknowledgement from the concerned broker and lorry owner.
- Handling payments: Receiving, sorting, and tracking incoming payments,



and issuing receipts.
- Challan preparation (Lorry Hire)

Requirements and skills:

- Proven work experience (minimum 03 years) in Transportation field.
- Solid knowledge Transport industry.
- Experience preparing and tracking orders.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills
