Job Summary:

MYG is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage billing operations and provide excellent customer service. The role involves preparing and processing invoices, handling billing transactions, verifying payment details, resolving billing queries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with the accounts and sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer billing and checkout transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods with proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries and provide professional service.
- Verify product prices, discounts, offers, and billing details before completing transactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and store operations teams to ensure smooth store activities.




- Maintain proper billing documentation and records.
- Support overall retail store operations when required.
- Ensure the billing counter and surrounding area are clean and organized.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in retail store operations and billing.
- Previous experience in cash handling.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing/POS software.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
