We are looking for a Billing Engineer responsible for preparing and managing project bills, measurements, quantity estimation, client billing, and subcontractor bills. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of construction processes, BOQ, rate analysis, and billing documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client bills, RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills as per project requirements.
- Prepare and verify Measurement Sheets (MS) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Take and verify measurements at the project/site level.
- Calculate quantities of civil/structural construction work executed at site.
- Prepare quantity reconciliation statements for materials and work executed.
- Check work measurements against approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Prepare rate analysis and support estimation of project quantities and costs.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, QS/Planning and Accounts teams for billing-related matters.
- Verify subcontractor bills and supporting documents before processing payments.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
