– Billing & Documentation Engineer (ICT)

We are looking for a Billing & Documentation Engineer to support our ICT and infrastructure projects in Mumbai. The candidate should have experience in project documentation, billing support, quantity tracking, and preparation of site-related documents such as MIRs, WIRs, and other project submissions.

The candidate should also have a basic technical understanding of ICT, structured cabling, active and passive networking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain MIRs – Material Inspection Requests.
- Prepare and maintain WIRs – Work Inspection Requests.
- Prepare material submittals, inspection records, and related project documentation.
- Prepare and track client billing, vendor billing, and quantity reconciliation.
- Maintain records of supplied, installed, approved, and billed quantities.
- Prepare RA Bills, measurement sheets, and supporting billing documents.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site teams for quantity verification and billing inputs.
- Maintain BOQ trackers, billing trackers, material trackers, and progress reports.
- Reconcile quantities between BOQ, site execution, material consumption, and billing.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, work orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Follow up with clients, consultants,



and internal teams for approvals of MIRs, WIRs, bills, and other submissions.
- Maintain proper document numbering, revision control, and filing.
- Assist in project close-out and handover documentation.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Experience in project billing and documentation.
- Knowledge of MIR, WIR, RA Bills, and measurement sheets.
- Basic understanding of ICT, structured cabling, and active & passive networking systems.
- Ability to understand BOQs and project quantities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, data entry, formatting, and preparation of trackers.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Word and general documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience in ICT, ELV, Data Centre, Structured Cabling, or MEP projects preferred.
- Experience working with site engineers, project managers, clients, and consultants.
- Familiarity with project documentation and billing procedures.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both technical project information and commercial documentation. The candidate should be able to independently maintain project records, billing documentation, and inspection-related submissions.
