- 8+ years of hands on experience in BI / Analytics / Data Engineering roles supporting enterprise analytics.
- Strong expertise in SQL, including complex transformations, joins, window functions, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience working with Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Delta Lake, and/or Google BigQuery.
- Solid understanding of BI oriented data modeling, including dimensional and star schema design.
- Experience building and maintaining curated analytical datasets and trusted data layers.
- Solid background in data quality validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution across platforms.
