GETI is hiring 300 energetic and target-driven Field Education Fellows to strengthen school outreach and institutional sales across India.

This is a field-sales role not a desk-based position. You will visit schools, meet principals and management teams, present GETI’s products and programmes, develop relationships and convert opportunities.

Role Details

Positions: 300

Experience: Freshers no previous skilled experience required

Employment: Full-time, field-based

Location: Assigned city, district cluster or micro-zone - Across India tier 1 & tier 2 cities

Reporting to: Cluster Head / Team Lead

Qualification: Graduate in any relevant discipline

Travel: Regular local travel within the assigned territory

What You Will Own

Mapping and covering schools in your assigned territory

Meetings with principals, founders, directors and school management

Presentations and demonstrations of GETI’s offerings

Daily, weekly and monthly sales or conversion targets

Building and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline

Timely follow-ups, proposals and opportunity closures

Accurate CRM and school-database updates

Reporting school feedback, objections and competitor activity

You May Be a Good Fit If You:





Are interested in sales, education and institutional outreach

Communicate confidently in Hindi and are comfortable using English

Enjoy meeting people and building professional relationships

Are comfortable working with targets and numbers

Can work independently and follow up consistently

Are willing to travel regularly within your assigned territory

Are energetic, disciplined and open to coaching

Experience is not mandatory. Internships, campus placement drives, event sponsorships, fundraising, family-business involvement or other target-based projects will be an advantage.

Experience or exposure to education, EdTech, publishing, K–12 services or school outreach will also be beneficial.
