About the Role:

AV Global Advisory Services, a leading HR Consulting Firm based in Chennai, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in sales hiring, particularly within the Banking, NBFC, and Insurance sectors.

Experience and Skills Required:

- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting for sales roles for Banking/ NBFC/ Insurance
- Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring




- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for roles in Banking, NBFC, and Insurance sectors
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Provide regular recruitment updates to clients and internal stakeholders
