Role Description The Bentley iTwin Trainer will deliver structured, instructor-led training sessions on Bentley iTwin and related digital twin workflows to learners at the Bhubaneswar campus. This full-time, on-site role involves planning and updating course materials, creating practical exercises and demonstrations, and guiding participants through hands-on project work that reflects current industry use cases. The trainer will assess learner progress, provide feedback, and support individuals in mastering software features and best practices.

Daily responsibilities include preparing training labs, documenting session plans, collaborating with the academy team on curriculum improvements,



and staying current with Bentley platform updates to ensure the training remains relevant. The role may also involve mentoring learners on career pathways and coordinating with industry partners to align training with professional standards.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Bentley iTwin platform and related BIM/digital twin tools, with the ability to design and deliver practical training modules.
- Experience in engineering, architecture, construction, infrastructure, or a related field where Bentley solutions or BIM workflows are applied.
- Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, or facilitate technical training, including creating clear documentation, examples, and step-by-step instructions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible, learner-friendly manner.
- Comfort with classroom management and learner engagement in an on-site setting, including organizing labs and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Bhubaneswar and collaborate effectively with colleagues and industry stakeholders.
- Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and continuous learning, including staying updated on Bentley iTwin releases and industry trends.
