We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for IT recruitment and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with IT consultants on the bench and market them to potential clients/vendors.
- Identify suitable job opportunities through job portals, networking, and vendor contacts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients.
- Negotiate rates and ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
