Role Description The Beauty Consultant - Retail Sales is a full time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves engaging with customers on the shop floor, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable Kimirica products to enhance their self-care routines.

The Beauty

Consultant will demonstrate product features, provide personalized beauty and wellness consultations, and ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets, handling billing and basic inventory checks, resolving customer queries,



and supporting in-store promotions and events. The role requires maintaining a welcoming environment, representing the brand values, and delivering an excellent in-store customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Retail Sales skills to drive store revenue and meet individual and team targets.
- Candidates should possess Customer Experience and Customer Service skills to create welcoming interactions and guide guests through product selections.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction skills to build lasting relationships, encourage repeat visits, and manage feedback effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present products confidently and clearly.
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or premium retail environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and retail operations; attention to detail and reliability in handling transactions.
- Minimum high school diploma; a diploma or certification in beauty, cosmetics, or hospitality is a plus.
