Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Marketing to handle business development and marketing activities in Kottayam. Candidates with experience in the Education Sector, strong school connections, and expertise in student data collection will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.
- Visit schools regularly and coordinate with school management and contacts.
- Conduct school marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collect student data and generate potential leads for admissions.
- Organize and coordinate seminars, presentations, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate examinations and student engagement activities in schools.
- Develop strong school connections and expand the institutional network.




- Support lead generation and admission-related marketing activities.
- Prepare regular reports on school visits, collected data, leads, and activities.
- Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.

Requirements
- Experience in Business Development or Marketing, preferably in the Education Sector.
- Strong connections with schools will be an added advantage.
- Experience in school marketing and student data collection is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Smart, professional, and confident personality.
- Willingness to travel and conduct direct school visits.
- Ability to handle seminars, examinations, and promotional activities effectively.

Preference will be given to candidates with Education Sector Marketing experience and strong school / clg connections. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
