ARULA For Autism is dedicated to supporting children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences through innovative, evidence-informed and parent-led intervention approaches. We work closely with children and families through home-based intervention, therapy support and parent guidance.

We are expanding our professional network across Pune and are looking for a confident and motivated B2B Business Development Executive to join our team.

JOB TITLE: B2B Business Development Executive

LOCATION: Pune, Maharashtra

JOB TYPE: Full-Time

SALARY: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

The B2B Business Development Executive will be responsible for building and expanding ARULA For Autism’s professional network across Pune.

The role involves actively reaching out to and meeting pediatricians, doctors, therapists, psychologists, clinics, hospitals, schools and other relevant professionals to introduce ARULA For Autism and develop long-term professional relationships and referral partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and expand ARULA For Autism’s B2B professional network across Pune.
- Identify and connect with pediatricians, doctors, therapists, psychologists, clinics, hospitals, schools and other relevant professionals.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings and field visits with doctors, pediatricians and healthcare professionals.
- Introduce ARULA For Autism, its approach and services to potential professional partners.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships and referral networks.
- Identify current partnership, networking and referral opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with potential and existing professional partners.




- Represent ARULA For Autism professionally during meetings and networking activities.
- Maintain records of meetings, leads, partnerships and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly networking and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication with professional partners.

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Confident and comfortable meeting doctors, pediatricians and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling across Pune.
- Presentable, proactive and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up, persuasion and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

COMPENSATION

- Base Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.
- Additional performance-based incentives based on networking, partnerships, referrals and achievement of defined targets.

WHO SHOULD APPLY? Fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience in business development, sales, healthcare networking, field sales, medical representative roles, partnerships or relationship management are welcome to apply.
