- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer orders.

- Mix cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages accurately as per standard recipes.

- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers.

- Take beverage orders and ensure timely and accurate service.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the bar area.

- Monitor daily inventory of liquor, beverages, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies.

- Receive, check, store, and organize bar stock properly.

- Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.

- Maintain proper portion control and minimize product wastage.

- Operate the POS system and accurately enter customer orders and payments.

- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other transactions accurately.





- Complete register closing at the end of the shift and reconcile cash/POS totals.

- Verify daily sales, inventory usage, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

- Follow responsible alcohol-service practices and verify customer age when required.

- Follow company policies, food & beverage safety standards, and all hygiene procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
