Company Description SARAZA, a unit of Cuisinec Nutrition Pvt. Ltd., is a contemporary restaurant and banquet facility located on Rajkot’s rapidly developing Kalavad Road. The venue offers a multi-cuisine dining experience curated by internationally renowned celebrity Chef Ajay Chopra, featuring both traditional recipes and up-to-date interpretations.

SARAZA includes one of Gujarat’s largest covered restaurants, a luxurious theater-style banquet hall, an expansive party lawn, and an intimate mezzanine party area to host a variety of events. The in-house bakery and café deliver fresh breads, cakes, pastries, and gourmet desserts for both retail and wholesale customers, including customized celebration cakes. Team members join a hospitality environment focused on flavor, service quality, and memorable guest experiences.

Role Description This full-time Barista role is an on-site position located in Rajkot at SARAZA Bakery & Café. The Barista prepares and serves a range of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and presentation standards.

Responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, handling bakery items, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and seating area, and ensuring accurate order taking and billing.



The Barista interacts with guests in a courteous and professional manner, responds to questions about menu items, and supports the team during peak hours. The role also involves stocking supplies, monitoring product quality, and collaborating with kitchen and bakery staff to deliver a smooth, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, and Communication skills.
- Hands-on Barista skills, including beverage preparation, coffee equipment operation, and basic drink customization.
- Foundational Food Preparation skills relevant to café and bakery service, with attention to hygiene and safety standards.
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or bakery environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage fast-paced service during peak hours.
- Basic numerical skills for handling cash, POS systems, and order accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings, as per operational requirements.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; formal hospitality training is an added advantage.
