Job Summary

We are looking for a Barback / Bar Waiter to support the bar team and provide efficient, friendly service to guests. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, preparing and replenishing bar supplies, assisting bartenders, and serving guests professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the bartender in daily bar operations.
- Prepare and arrange glasses, ice, garnishes, mixers, and other bar supplies.
- Replenish beverages and other required items as needed.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally.
- Take guest orders and communicate them accurately to the bar/kitchen team.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar counter, tables, service areas, and equipment.
- Clear and clean used glasses, plates, and other service items.
- Assist with stock arrangement and maintain proper storage of bar items.
- Follow hotel standards for hygiene, grooming, and guest service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and report issues to the supervisor.
- Support the bartender and F&B; team during busy periods and events.
- Follow all hotel safety,



hygiene, and operational procedures.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or F&B; operation is preferred.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented, punctual, and responsible.
- Freshers with a good attitude may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,219.13 - ₹16,000.00 per month
