Job Overview

We are looking for a polite and service-oriented Banquet Steward to support banquet and event operations at a premium hotel. The ideal candidate should have good grooming, communication skills and a strong focus on delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up banquet halls, tables, chairs, linen, cutlery and service stations before events.
- Welcome and assist guests during banquets, conferences and events.
- Serve food and beverages professionally as per hotel service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables and service areas.
- Explicit and reset tables efficiently during and after events.
- Coordinate with the Banquet Captain and service team for smooth operations.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.




- Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware and service equipment.
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment and clearing.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in banquet areas.
- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety and service standards.
- Support the team during high-volume events and functions.
