Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative Bartender & Mixologist to manage beverage preparation and bar operations at a premium hospitality setup. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, presentation and guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages as per standards.
- Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails and signature beverages.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation and portion control.
- Handle bar opening, closing and daily operational procedures.
- Ensure proper stock management of beverages, garnishes and bar supplies.
- Monitor inventory and minimize wastage and breakage.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization of the bar area.
- Interact professionally with guests and understand their beverage preferences.




- Recommend beverages and provide knowledgeable service to guests.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with responsible beverage service and company policies.
- Maintain proper records of stock, consumption and wastage.
- Assist in developing new cocktail and mocktail menus.
- Ensure all bar equipment and tools are properly maintained.
- Deliver a premium and memorable guest experience.
