- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and agile professional to join our Sales and Service department. This role focuses on driving financial inclusion by promoting and delivering a wide range of banking products and services to meet the diverse needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the bank's customer base, ensuring superior service quality, and achieving sales targets within the Microfinance and Individual Banking (MFIB) segment. This position requires a strong understanding of financial products, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities:-
- Identify and acquire new customers for the banks microfinance and individual banking products through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Promote and cross-sell a comprehensive portfolio of banking products including savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and insurance to meet customer needs.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to provide tailored financial solutions that align with customers financial goals and risk profiles.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation in the banks CRM and core banking systems.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and risk management to facilitate smooth processing of customer requests and loan applications.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of service quality and ethical conduct.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Generate regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:-
