Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented professionals for our Banking Back Office Operations team. The role involves handling banking transactions, account maintenance, data processing, document verification, reconciliation activities, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Candidates must have prior banking experience and should be comfortable working in US shift timings.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and verify banking transactions accurately.
- Perform account maintenance and customer data updates.
- Handle document verification and compliance checks.




- Reconcile financial records and transaction reports.
- Ensure adherence to banking policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain process accuracy and meet productivity targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records.

Eligibility Criteria

- HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
- Mandatory experience in Banking Operations / Banking Back Office.
- Good understanding of banking products and processes.
- Solid attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and banking systems.
