Job Responsibilities

- Generate business through the Banca channel by coordinating with bank branches and relationship teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to generate insurance leads.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Follow up on leads, customer queries, documentation, and policy issuance.
- Ensure good customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Banca Sales.
- Life Insurance industry background is compulsory.
- Robust communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Candidates with immediate joining availability will be preferred.
