Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Bank Guarantees / MIS / EMD Executive within the Sales function to support timely tender submission, EMD recovery and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities
EMD, Security Deposit & Retention Management
- Create EMD / PBG requests as received from Bid Managers and liaison with Accounts and Banks to obtain error free Bank Guarantees within time. Coordinate with client and banks for BG verification and agreement formation.
- The person should be able to understand contract / guarantee terms and conditions and legal language.
- Maintain and monitor records of EMD, bid security and performance security.
- Track eligibility and timelines for EMD and retention refunds and initiate recovery actions.
- Coordinate documentation and internal approvals required for refunds and recoveries.
MIS & Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate project-wise and client-wise billing and EMD.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports on:
- Tender Submitted and won details
- Maintain organized records of contracts, LOAs, amendments and correspondence.
- Support Finance and Audit teams with billing-related data as required.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of commercial terms and contract documentation.
- High attention to detail with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with Sales, Projects, and Finance teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced) and MIS / reporting tools.
