About the Role:

Responsible for operating and coordinating packing operations, ensuring products are packed as per product specifications, while optimizing productivity, yield, safety, effectiveness, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and coordinate packing operations and maintain planned production volumes.
- Monitor packing efficiency, yield/recovery, waste, and OEE.
- Ensure packing lines meet quality specifications, traceability, and GMP requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and 5S standards in the packing area.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Control Room, and Maintenance teams.




- Assist engineers during breakdowns and perform basic equipment adjustments.
- Conduct daily checks and report equipment defects and performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with PPE, safety procedures, and workplace safety standards.
- Train and guide packing staff on quality, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements:

- Female candidate is preferred.
- ITI or Any Graduate in ( Food Technology)
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Food Industry / Packing Operations.
- Knowledge of food processing and packing area operations.
- Understanding of Efficiency, Yield/Recovery, OEE, 5S, Kaizen, and GMP.
- Positive communication, coordination, analytical, and decision-making skills.
