What You Will Do

- Design and implement Web Application Features/Enhancements with API-service

creation and expansion.

- Be aware of the impact of design on performance, e.g. through algorithmic complexity,

N+1 fetching, etc.

- Propose and prototype solutions to complex business problems and translate them to

technology.

- Provide accurate impact analysis, technical assessment and documentation.

- Define and advocate industry standard engineering practices for the team

- Work closely with the Engineering management and Architecture groups in leading

product delivery.

- Collaborate in troubleshooting the production issues and provide possible workarounds

and solutions in a timely manner.

- Coach and mentor colleagues at Senior & App Engineer level; engage in code review to

improve code quality and promote TDD/BDD approach.

- Work positively and productively with other developers, Test Engineers and Business

Analysts

- Be a positive voice in the Scrum meetings; contribute in Scrum Artifacts.

Who You Are

- Passionate about software product development.

- Competent in developing enterprise solutions using Java.

- Extensive experience in Java 11+ and any JEE frameworks (e.g.

Spring/Quarkus/Micronaut).

- Passionate about microservices and distributed architecture.

- Expert at data querying abilities in SQL(MySQL) and Other data-sources(Redis,

ElasticSearch, API-based-queries)

- Have knowledge of Streaming/Messaging solutions (RabbitMQ, Kafka)

- Experience in AI augmented development, developing skills and harnesses.

- Experience working with cloud technologies like AWS.

- Experience in DevOps technologies like Github actions, terraform or similar.

- Knowledge of basic security concepts, such as authentication, authorization, and

auditing

- Prior experience from on commercial B2B / Enterprise SaaS offerings
