We are looking for a Backend Service Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in the electronics / home appliances industry.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating service requests, following up with service centres and technicians, updating service status, and ensuring timely closure of customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and coordinate customer service requests and complaints
- Assign and follow up on service jobs with technicians / service centres
- Coordinate with service centres for installation, repair and replacement cases
- Track pending service calls and ensure timely closure
- Maintain and update service records in the system
- Follow up for spare parts and service requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for service-related issues
- Update customers regarding service status when required




- Prepare basic daily and weekly service reports
- Ensure proper documentation of completed and pending cases

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination / backend operations
- Experience in the electronics or home appliances industry is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable handling multiple service cases and follow-ups
- Good attention to detail and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and manage pending cases

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
