About The Client

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services
- Build secure and reliable REST APIs and integrations
- Develop event-driven services using Pub/Sub
- Work with Spanner and other GCP services
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance
- Collaborate with Tech Leads, architects, QA, DevOps, and product teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices
- Make changes to legacy OMS code (C# .net) running on on-prem servers and adhere to the development, review, deployment

Qualifications:

- Experience: 6 to 10 years

Core Technical Skills
- Robust hands-on experience with C# and .NET / ASP.NET Core
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and API integrations
- Good working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Hands-on experience with GKE and Kubernetes
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications
- Experience with Google Cloud Spanner
- Experience with Google Pub/Sub
- Working knowledge of Google BigQuery
- Experience with Redis and caching strategies
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing
- Experience with database design and performance optimization
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Working knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, logging, and monitoring skills

Added Advantage
- Experience with Testcontainers for integration testing




- Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation
- Experience using GitHub Copilot for software development
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot instruction files and AI-assisted development practices
- Experience with automated unit and integration testing
- Experience with cloud-native application development
