- Maintain and manage operational trackers ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Coordinate between client stakeholders and field engineers for smooth execution and scheduling.
- Ensure timely updates of WCC and execution status in client communication channels.
- Prepare and revise project quotations in line with approved scope and pricing structure.
- Manage material dispatch coordination along with documentation tracking.
- Identify execution risks, delays, or dependencies and escalate appropriately.
- Maintain structured documentation for operational activities, closures, and project records.
