About The Client

Essential Job Functions:

- Design and develop high-performance REST APIs and microservice components for the Agent Hub platform using Python and FastAPI.

- Implement identity, authentication, and routing services supporting the Split Identity Model, including OAuth user tokens and service accounts.

- Ensure identity and authentication solutions comply with DORA and ISO 27001 requirements.

- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

- Implement automated testing, security scanning, quality checks, and reliable deployment processes.

- Deploy, monitor, and scale backend services on Kubernetes clusters running on GCP.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and performance for enterprise-grade workloads.

- Collaborate closely with the Germany-based Agent Chain team to integrate backend services with event-driven, multi-agent orchestration layers.

- Work with LangGraph and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.

- Contribute to DevSecOps practices by embedding security checks and automated controls throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Implement structured logging, monitoring, tracing, and observability across backend services.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of backend platforms.

- Ensure backend services follow security, compliance, scalability,



and engineering best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong professional experience building production-grade backend systems.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Hands-on experience with FastAPI or comparable asynchronous web frameworks.

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development patterns.

- Proven experience designing, developing, and operating microservice architectures.

- Strong understanding of service discovery, API Gateway patterns, and inter-service communication.

- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, GCP, and CI/CD tooling.

- Hands-on or working experience with GitHub Actions and Terraform.

- Foundational understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.

- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) flows.

- Strong understanding of secure identity and access management in regulated or enterprise environments.

- Experience with API security, authentication, authorization, and secure service-to-service communication.

- Familiarity with event-driven architectures is a plus.

- Experience with containerized AI workloads is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of financial market infrastructure regulations such as EU AI Act, DORA,



and NIS2 is preferred.

- German language skills are a plus.
