We are looking for a Back Office & Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls, follow-ups, data entry, documentation, and day-to-day office coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude toward customers.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
- Explain products/services and provide basic information to customers.
- Follow up with leads, customers, and pending requirements.
- Maintain customer and lead records in Excel/CRM.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation.
- Handle incoming customer calls and resolve basic queries.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly call and follow-up reports.
- Maintain files, documents, and other office records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Perform other back-office and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers can apply;
experience in telecalling/back office/customer service is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and internet.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain records accurately.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.
