Back Office Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to handle administrative tasks, data management, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily back-office operations and administrative activities.- Maintain and update company records, databases, and documents.- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information.- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, invoices, and other required documents.- Coordinate with sales, HR, accounts, and other departments.- Manage emails, calls,



and internal communications when required.- Verify and process documents and customer/employee information.- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems.- Follow up on pending tasks and provide regular status updates.- Support the team with day-to-day operational requirements.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.- Good organizational and time-management skills.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.- Basic knowledge of data entry and documentation.- Freshers can also apply.

Education 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

- Responsible and disciplined.- Quick learner with a positive attitude.- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
