About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our technology team and help build, maintain, and improve scalable web applications and backend systems.

This role is ideal for freshers who have strong programming fundamentals and are eager to learn, as well as developers with 1–2 years of hands-on experience looking to grow their backend development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain backend applications, APIs, and services.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Work with databases to design, query, and optimize data.
- Build and integrate REST APIs with frontend applications and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot bugs, identify performance issues, and implement fixes.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members to deliver projects.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Work with Git/version control and maintain proper development documentation.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining applications in development and production environments.
- Stay updated with backend technologies and continuously improve technical skills.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, OOP concepts, and backend development.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or .NET.
- Positive understanding of REST APIs, databases,



and backend architecture.
- Familiarity with SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git/GitHub, and API integration.
- Knowledge of authentication, security, debugging, and error handling is a plus.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Express.js, Django, Flask, Spring Boot, or Laravel is an advantage.
- Exposure to MongoDB, Redis, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP, or CI/CD will be a plus.
- Good problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and learning skills.
- Freshers with relevant projects/internships and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
