We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python and Django and hands-on experience in integrating AI/LLM-based solutions into web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.

Design and develop robust REST APIs and backend services.

Work with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered features into applications.

Work on AI-based functionalities such as intelligent matching, automation, search, and recommendations, particularly for ATS-related use cases.

Optimize databases and backend performance.

Required Skills

34 years of experience in backend development.

Strong proficiency in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.

Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and database optimization.





Experience with Docker and deployment practices.

Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM APIs and services into applications.

Familiarity with technologies such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms.

Understanding of concepts such as embeddings, RAG, vector databases, and AI-powered search is preferred.

Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

The ideal candidate should have a strong backend engineering foundation and the ability to contribute to the development and integration of AI-powered features within our ATS and other products.
