SS Tech Services is hiring an experienced B2C Sales Manager – US Process to lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth across international markets.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in International B2C Sales, team management, target achievement, objection handling, negotiation, upselling, and deal closure . Prior experience in an International BPO / Voice Sales Process will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of approximately 15–25+ sales professionals
- Drive International B2C sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Monitor sales KPIs including conversion rate, productivity, revenue, average ticket size, and target achievement
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve team performance




- Conduct regular sales meetings, call reviews, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Train team members on sales pitching, objection handling, negotiation, upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques
- Support the team in handling escalations and closing high-value opportunities
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
- Maintain high standards of customer interaction and sales quality
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
- Coordinate with internal departments to achieve overall business goals
