Build a strong sales pipeline, generate new business, develop existing client relationships, identify upselling opportunities and take qualified opportunities towards pitch and closure.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound outreach and generate meetings.
- Research companies, industries and decision-makers.
- Understand client business needs and identify relevant agency opportunities.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and generate repeat/upsell business.
- Qualify leads based on need, budget, authority and timeline.
- Coordinate with the Manager/Strategist for pitch preparation.
- Participate in client meetings and pitch discussions.
- Maintain and continuously develop the sales pipeline.
- Follow up strategically from meeting proposal negotiation closure.
- Work closely with the Commercial/Operations person during closing.
- Maintain accurate CRM/pipeline records and sales reporting.
Experience: At least 2-3 years in B2B business development / sales / account management / client acquisition,
preferably in:
- Creative/advertising/design
- Marketing services
- Consulting
- Professional services
- SaaS or other solution-based B2B businesses
- Agency experience is preferred, not mandatory.
