We're looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain professional to manage end-to-end marketplace fulfillment operations, ensuring smooth replenishment, timely dispatch, and inventory availability across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan daily and weekly shipments based on sales, inventory, and marketplace requirements
- Ensure order fulfillment within defined TAT/SLA norms set by each marketplace
- Manage Amazon FBA / SJIT / FBM replenishment, inventory availability, and stock-out risks
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for shipment preparation, labeling, and dispatch
- Manage marketplace appointments, inwarding, and shipment movement
- Track daily order pipeline — pending, processed, dispatched, and delayed orders
- Liaise with courier partners, transporters, and marketplace teams to resolve delays and shipment holds
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving SKUs
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation — invoices, e-way bills, and labels
- Prepare daily shipment tracking, pending inward, TAT/SLA adherence,



and inventory reports
- Flag and escalate SLA breaches or fulfillment risks proactively
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive timely resolution

What We're Looking For

- Experience in marketplace logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, and Myntra SJIT preferred
- Working knowledge of marketplace TAT/SLA norms and order fulfillment cycles
- Strong understanding of shipment planning, replenishment, and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and ERP / WMS systems
- Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
