About the Role

Avillion Farms is looking for a talented 3D Visualizer – B.Arch to join our design team and work on luxury farmhouses, villas, premium residences, and high-end architectural projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong architectural visualization skills and be capable of converting architectural concepts and 2D drawings into high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D architectural models for luxury villas, farmhouses, and premium residential projects.
- Create high-quality exterior and interior visualizations.
- Develop 3D models using SketchUp and other relevant 3D software.
- Produce realistic renders using D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion or similar visualization tools.
- Prepare architectural 2D drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Interpret architectural plans, elevations, sections, and design concepts accurately.
- Create realistic materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, furniture, and architectural elements.
- Prepare 3D walkthroughs, flythroughs, and presentation videos.
- Coordinate with Architects and Interior Designers to develop design concepts into visual presentations.
- Make revisions based on design feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain accuracy in dimensions, proportions, materials, and architectural detailing.
- Prepare high-quality renders and presentation materials for client and internal design discussions.

Required Skills
- B.Arch – Mandatory
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in architectural visualization.
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp.
- Hands-on experience with D5 Render / Enscape / Lumion.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Understanding of architectural planning, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Strong knowledge of materials, lighting, textures,



landscaping, and architectural detailing.
- Ability to create realistic and visually appealing architectural renders.
- Knowledge of Photoshop for post-production is an advantage.
- Good understanding of feet & inches measurements and architectural dimensions.
- Strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail.

Knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit or Blender will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
